Servicing questions
What maintenance is required?
We recommend a minimum of one service per year, twice-yearly for heavily used lifts, or as outlined by the manufacturer's servicing schedule, to keep your elevator in peak condition. This includes lubricating moving parts, checking safety systems, and ensuring all components are functioning correctly. We offer comprehensive service packages for your peace of mind.
What happens if the power goes out?
Home lifts have a battery backup that brings the car to the nearest landing and opens the door, so nobody is left sitting in a stopped lift.
Do you service pneumatic (vacuum) lifts?
Yes. We don't sell or install pneumatic lifts, but our technicians service and repair them, with extensive technical experience in vacuum lift systems.
